Our Engagement
After almost a year of planning, and a couple of minor hiccups with the ring, Justin popped the question on top of Arthur's seat in Edinburgh on the 14th of July last year. After smuggling the ring overseas and carrying it hidden for the entire day before on a tour around Edinburgh castle, Justin knew on the next morning that the time was right! He shepherded Deanna up the hillside to the place she had stood over four years before - the first photo Justin had seen of her. Suggesting they take a new photo together, he posed feeling a little light headed before getting down on bended knee. The rest is history!
How we met
Deanna & Justin first met by chance at a dance class in 2008. Deanna remembers Justin having great split jumps! It wasn't until they journeyed to Singapore together with Wicked that they really got to know each other. After a few months of shenanigans and adventures with their tight knit group of friends, Justin finally plucked up the courage to ask Deanna out officially on Boxing day, 2011. Since then they have travelled the world together. They have also been separated due to work for many months but always with their love for each other holding strong.
